I woke up at 2.30AM for 14 days, following Mark Wahlberg's ridiculous daily routine. Needless to say, it was CRAAAZY!

BUT the best part of the routine wasn't the productivity that came along with it. It was something else.. which you'll see in the video 😉

This was my rad routine (differs slightly from Mark's routine):
• 2:30 a.m. - Wake up + take vitamins with lemon water + brush teeth
• 2:45 a.m. - Journaling + meditation
• 3:15 a.m. - Breakfast (smoothie) while commuting
• 3:45 a.m. - Workout 1 (run, bike, gym)
• 5:30 a.m. - Post-workout meal (eggs + oats) + shower
• 6:00 a.m. - Reading
• 8:00 a.m. - Snack (bananas, apples, nuts)
• 9:30 a.m. - Stretching
• 10:30 a.m. - Snack (rice cakes)
• 11:00 a.m. - Work time
• 1:00 p.m. - Lunch
• 2:00 p.m. - Work time
• 3:00 p.m. - Snack + cycle to swimming hall
• 4:00 p.m. - Workout 2 (swim)
• 5:30 p.m. - Dinner
• 6:30 p.m. - Bedtime
