Rejuvenate your body and mind with this short and sweet stretch! You can do this practice at any point during the day, whether you're at home or at work. Take a 12 min break to stretch it out, improve your posture, connect with your breathe and rejuvenate the mind. Seated stretches can easily be done on an office chair, but you can also use a yoga mat! Breathe in and out and enjoy!
