This is a standing practice - perfect for anyone at the office or in a space where they don't have a mat. If you're looking to get a quick stretch in, this vid's for you!
We'll have some forward folds to help open up the hamstrings and release tension in the low back. We also have some standing splits in there, which are nice not only for the hamstrings but also the hip flexors as well. We'll open up through the inner thighs and side body as well. As always, work within a pain-free range.
