UK government accused of having 'no plan' to tackle higher COVID-19 death rate among BAME people
People from black, Asian and minority ethnic backgrounds are at a higher risk of dying after contracting coronavirus, Public Health England has confirmed.
The government asked the health agency to find out why - but the answer remains a mystery.
Campaign groups have urged the government to set out a plan of action to address the issue.
