Office Yoga 1 (e) - easy exercises for desk jockeys before, while or after work
We have developed this series especially for people who sit a lot at the desk, perform regularly at the workbench or perform other sedentary activities and either have no time or have no desire to spend the end of the day doing sports or yoga.
The light, locally focused and effective exercises shown here can be carried out at any time in the field - whether all together or only one is best determined by yourself. All exercises are for strengthening weakened muscles by sitting and for stretching and flexibilizing tense muscles.
Our Yoga sessions are a colorful mix of different Yoga styles from Hatha to Power, from tension to relaxation, from home to home. Since my Yoga Teacher licence in 2010 at Sivananda in Madurai I have attended approximately 100 Yoga and physio therapeutical workshops to freshen up my Yoga sessions - live and streamed. Yoga and Meditation keeps my mind up and on, my body fit, and my mood balanced. Breathing exercises make sure that my respiratory organs stay healthy and clean!
