Good morning! In this video men's style, grooming, fitness and lifestyle expert, Aaron Marino of IAmAlphaM AaronMarino Pete & Pedro Tiege Hanley ENEMY is going to hang out with you all day long! It's a 'day in the life' as well as a focus on his diet -- both have changed recently due to quarantine.

His diet starts on Sunday

Alpha cooks all of the week's protein on Sunday -- he also makes big containers of carbs that he eats with the proteins. He also eats a lot of fruits, veggies, and avocados. He's never counted macros, but since he eats the same types of things every day, he uses Athletic Greens. It's an all in one greens powder that fits the nutritional gaps that his diet is lacking. He gets a ton of vitamins and micro-nutrients that supports his immune system, energy, and recovery. It tastes amazing too! Feeding the cats and a little grooming start the day. Then later in the morning, he takes a conference call while doing fasted cardio for 60-minutes, then he eats breakfast. A lower calorie protein shake, 2-3 hard boiled eggs, and a piece of fruit are for breakfast. After a shower, he hits the road to see the progress on his new business. Good news! The renovations are back on, and progress is being made. The floors are almost finished, and Alpha is meeting with a designer tomorrow.


Next, he's off to work where he films an epic video and then the Tiege Hanley VLOG. Thereafter, he pays bills and does other 'business' stuff. Then he's out to the Pete & Pedro warehouse to check in. He's excited that Pete & Pedro had the best month ever last month. Back at home, it's lunch time. Chicken, quinoa mix, barley, and an apple are what's on the menu. He goes back to the office to finish some work then heads back home to workout in his gym.


In his home gym, he gets a fantastic workout completed in only 40-minutes. His trick is not resting too long. Then he takes a walk with his wife, showers, and eats some dinner. Bison burger, sweet potato, and green beans is what he eats. Around 9pm, he has some oatmeal with protein powder, nuts / cashews, a protein bar, or protein shake. He goes to bed around 11pm.
